Terms of Service

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Campus. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Give us accurate details and keep them current.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it erases your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice; invoices are kept as the law requires.

Communities and creators

Creators own the communities they start. A creator sets who can join, what it costs, and the rules inside. Members must follow those rules and these terms.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish and the promises they make to members, including course content, events, and refunds beyond what Campus offers.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Campus a licence to store, display, and distribute it so the product works — for example, showing your post to members of the community you posted in.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, or anything that harasses, deceives, or endangers people. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

If you close your account, your posts and comments stay in the communities you posted them in, with your name removed.

Payments

Paid memberships are charged by our payment partner, Razorpay, in the currency the creator set. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

Purchases are final. Campus does not issue refunds. If a creator offers a refund, that is between you and the creator.

Campus keeps a platform fee from each payment and passes the rest to the creator. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless the receipt says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use Campus to:

• break the law or help someone else break it
• harass, threaten, or impersonate people
• send spam or run scams
• scrape, probe, or overload the service
• share malware or try to get into accounts that are not yours

The service

We work to keep Campus available and safe, but we provide it as is. We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Campus in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Campus at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. Sections about content, payments, and liability survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Campus after that means you accept the new terms.
